Patient and very helpful staff, they know their business. The economy twin room is brand-new and neat. The breakfast is great cooked and generous, offered with perfectly cooked eggs.

Loved National Park, the hotel was fancy easy to shuttle to mountain from here. The location was magnificent, near restaurants as well as the center of the norther island. In fact, I checked out Tupapakurua Falls Lookout, it was minutes from the property.

Spotless rooms with 2 single beds as well as bar and generous breakfast. The location excellent and stunning to Adventure Lodge & Motel's transport.

The location is great and stunning and they have parking on site. What's more, its in a great area close enough to to do the tongariro crossing, Close to shops and the hike and the area.

It was clean and the staff were patient and very very helpful, beds were comfy. Had a very very good experience staying at the economy twin room. The bathroom was great-sized with a shampoo and a soap. The hotel was in a central location close to a National Park.

I find it a well-kept and fancy place to stay. Their rooms are always well heated and budget with a shared bathroom, 2 single beds, as for instance.

We loved its generous breakfasts!

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a really quiet area, near mountain and restaurants.

The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, with a clean, quiet and well-heated suite. Free parking right in front of the unit made travel hassle-free. The location was excellent, with easy access to Whakapapa village and walking distance to nearby restaurants.

The communal kitchen area was too small, with inconvenient access on the other side. The lack of soundproofing was a major issue, and the heater in the room was ineffective.

We highly recommend this place as we absolutely loved it, especially the convenience of using their shuttle service.

The units are compact, brand-new. The hotel is on a great location close enough to the 1 day hike Alpine crossing or skiing on Mount Ruapehu, the snowy mountain and the center of the norther island. Besides, Mt Ruapehu is really walkable.

I enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were attentive. Everything was very good, fully-equipped and good-sized room with a bathroom. There was plenty of eateries and pub to choose from. I stayed here for a trip and would return anytime.
